Machine Control
Our cusomer needed to control 5-axes of precision air-bearing
stage motions. We developed a LabView™ based solution which
allowed the end user to modify and support the application. The software
was the front-end for a Delta Tau PMAC motion controller and provided
the user with a simple inerface to be used a basis for on-going
engineering projects.
